Jonny Davies.

Jonny Davies.

How does someone go from hating running for years to completing ultramarathons? Discipline. For Jonny, he wanted to take the thing he disliked the most and rewrite the narrative. What began as a physical goal quickly became a journey of self-discovery, and the tougher the challenges became, the more he was able to address his own insecurities and trauma. Sharing this online started as a somewhat cathartic process that quickly built a community who wanted to share their journey with running—both physically and mentally.

‘It’s more than fitness—it’s how I regulate my emotions and allow myself the headspace to process and deal with the challenges of my life’.
